“I don’t want to play football forever, I want to have babies” – Super Falcons star Ordega

Professional female footballer, Francisca Ordega who plays as a forward for Super Falcons has revealed that she can’t wait to begin her own family and have babies.

In a recent interview with EaglesTracker, the 29-year-old Ordega stated that as a woman, she loves babies and is likely to have her own babies in the next four years.

GistReel reports that Ordega was part of the Super Falcons squad that lost via penalties to England in the round of 16 of the 2023 Women’s World Cup.

Revealing that she does not want to play football forever, Ordega said, “I might have babies. I don’t want to play football forever. I’m a woman. I’m beautiful. I don’t wanna play football forever. I want to start a family. I’m not saying in the next four years but if una no see me make una know say I don…[smiles].

“It can happen in the next one or three months. It doesn’t matter. It is what you want that God will give to you.”

In related news, tennis champion, Serena Williams has given birth to her second child, a girl named Adira River Ohanian.

Along with her husband Alexis Ohanian, she welcomed the new arrival in a social media post on Tuesday.

She wrote, “Welcome my beautiful angel,” Williams wrote in the caption of a video posted on TikTok.

The video shows her, Ohanian and their four-year-old daughter Olympia embracing the newborn.

“I’m grateful to report our house is teeming with love: a happy and healthy newborn girl and happy and healthy mama. Feeling grateful,” Ohanian posted on messaging platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion, who said she was “evolving away” from tennis after last year’s U.S. Open, had confirmed the news of her pregnancy in May.
