“How my wedding is going to be” – Broda Shaggi opens up on wedding plans

Nigerian skit maker and comedian, Samuel Animashaun Perry, popularly known as Broda Shaggi, has opened up on his plans to have a low-key wedding ceremony.

In an exclusive interview with actress Iyabo Ojo, the comedian expressed his aversion to elaborate weddings, pointing out the significance of keeping his personal life private.

“I am not a fan of big weddings. Even if I’m going to get married, I’m not a fan of big weddings,” Broda Shaggi said during the interview.

The comedian, known for his humorous skits, shared insights into his approach to maintaining a private life despite his public profile.

While discussing his views on marriage, Broda Shaggi conveyed a message of patience and taking things at his own pace.

The comedian also shared his perspective on the timing of marriage, advising against rushing into such a significant life decision.

In his words;

“I am not a fan of big weddings. Even if I’m going to get married, I’m not a fan of big weddings.”

“I don’t know if you’ve noticed, I keep personal life out of social media space. Because my personal life is very important to me, and I just want to protect it.”

“But I believe in love. I believe in one-man-one-woman type of love. I believe in family. I believe in raising my own kids.”

“I’m going to have my own family by God’s grace but not very soon. There’s nothing like getting old. I do tell people, you don’t need to rush into marriage.”
