Hamstring injury to keep Reece James out of action until March 2024
Chelsea have officially announced that captain Reece James have suffered a hamstring injury, following a medical test.
In a statement released on the club’s website on Tuesday, “James has undergone medical assessment following Sunday’s 2-0 defeat at Everton.
“The defender was withdrawn during the first half at Goodison Park, and scan results have confirmed a hamstring injury,” the statement added.
Meanwhile, Italian football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, has reasons to believe the English man will be on the sidelines until March 2024.

Going into their next game against Sheffield United on Saturday, it is expected that Conor Gallagher will stand in for the 24-year-old, since the vice-captain Ben Chilwell is still undergoing his rehabilitation programme.
