A Nigerian traditionalist has vowed never to go down on his knees to propose to any woman as it is not an African style.

The man identified as @Francis91425134 made his contempt known while reacting to a post of a man who went down on one knee to propose to his woman.

Expressing utter disdain for the contemporary tradition of men kneeling to propose to their ladies, @Francis91425134 said that such is not the African way of doing things.

“God forbid that I should be on my knees to propose marriage to a lady. Obulu ogwu oma nle chaachaa, that’s not an African style,” he wrote.
