A video of Davido‘s recent meeting with a fan whom he refused to shake, has again generated conversations among admirers.
On December 13th, 2023, the OBO Crooner arrived in Asaba, Delta State for his Timeless event, which was a complete sellout.
A viral web video showed Davido arriving at the city’s airport, and descending from his private jet alongside his 30BG team.
The singer was greeted warmly at the airport by a nightlife promoter, celebrity bestie, and Cubana Chiefpriest, and they exchanged hearty handshakes and pleasantries.
However, when a gentleman standing near Chiefpriest extended his hand to Davido for a handshake, the music star chose to rebuff the welcome gesture with a critical glance before walking towards his seat.
Fans who stumbled upon the clip on social media staunchly defended the singer’s actions towards the fan.
