Emotional moment woman abandoned at the age of 3 reunites with mum after 33 years

A heartwarming reunion unfolded as a young lady and her biological mother were finally reunited after over three decades of separation.

The emotional encounter brought tears of joy as they embraced, unable to be separated.

Pendo, the daughter who had been living with her aunt since the age of three, expressed her overwhelming happiness at seeing her mother after 33 years of being apart.

“I was living with my aunt since the age of three. I visited my dad years ago to talk to him about my mum. I expressed my desire to meet her and know her more. He told me my mum had been asking about me, but there was no clear communication. Unfortunately, a week after talking to him, he passed away,” Pendo tearfully told CLOUDSMEDIA.

She recounted her journey, mentioning that she had visited her late father years ago to discuss her desire to meet her mother and learn more about her.

Her father had informed her that her mother had been inquiring about her, but due to a lack of clear communication, they had not been able to connect.

Tragically, her father passed away just a week after their conversation.

Despite facing discouragement from some family members who claimed that her mother had passed away long ago, Pendo questioned why her father had never disclosed this information to her and why he had kept her in the dark. Her family suggested that he may have been trying to protect her.

The mother, overwhelmed with emotions, had lost hope of ever seeing her daughter again after many years of searching.

“I did not have peace. I have suffered looking for her,” she emotionally said

She expressed her inner turmoil and the pain she endured while looking for her child.

However, her despair was replaced with comfort and relief upon reuniting with her daughter, who had become a mother of two.
