Drama in Lagos as Portable fights dirty with bike man for allegedly stealing his phone days after his US trip
Controversial Nigerian artist Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has sparked a wave of controversy after a recent video surfaced showing him engaged in a heated altercation with a bike man on the streets of Lagos.
The incident reportedly occurred just a week following Portable’s return from a show in America.
In the video, which has since gone viral, the ‘Zazuu’ singer can be seen in a heated argument with a bike man.
The altercation escalated quickly, allegedly stemming from Portable accusing the man of stealing his phone.
Dressed in his yellow hoodie, Portable was filmed forcefully confronting the bike man, ultimately leading to a physical altercation where he pushed the man to the ground.
The scene attracted a crowd of onlookers, some of whom attempted to intervene while others captured the incident on their phones.
Despite attempting to retreat to his Mercedes Benz, witnesses reported that the area boys, prevented Portable from leaving the scene.
The situation intensified as tensions rose, with the artist surrounded and unable to disengage from the heated confrontation.
