A Nigerian food vendor has caused a serious buzz online by posting a banner in front of her shop featuring the image of a lady who allegedly bought food on credit and hasn’t paid.

The banner, which displays the young woman’s photo, announces that she is banned from buying food on credit from her shop due to a debt of N2500.

The vendor’s drastic move to publicly shame the alleged debtor has sparked waves of discussion on social media.

 “Banned from buying food here on credit. N2500 debt. If seen, please report,” the message on the banner read.
