Davido reacts as Peruzzi vows legal actions against influencer who framed him

Grammy-nominated singer, Davido gives a go-ahead to the prosecution of an influencer who made false accusations against his wife, Chioma, and former protege, Peruzzi.

On Thursday, a Twitter user identified as Baddy of Lassu utilized the X platform to fabricate a comment purportedly made by Peruzzi.

The fabricated statement depicted Peruzzi criticizing Davido for ingratitude and alleging involvement with Davido’s wife.

Subsequently, the influencer retracted their statement, issuing apologies to both Davido and Peruzzi. He acknowledged the manipulated nature of the tweet, assuming full responsibility for their actions, and pledged to avoid similar incidents in the future.

Despite the apology, Peruzzi declined to accept it and urged followers to retweet his message to crowdfund for legal fees, suggesting impending legal action.

In response, Davido concurred, advocating for the influencer’s incarceration with the intent of discarding the key.
