Danfo driver in tears after passenger assaults her for stopping him from stealing bus battery
A female danfo driver broke down in tears as she recounted being beaten by a passenger who attempted to steal her bus battery during a ride.
The incident was shared in a video posted on TikTok, where the visibly distressed driver detailed the events.
She explained that she picked up the man at a location near Oriental Hotel, and he told her he was heading to the law school.
However, during the ride, she noticed through the mirror that he was attempting to steal her bus battery. Upon confronting him, the passenger assaulted her.
She shared her experience, saying: “I picked this boy up from under the bridge near Oriental Hotel, and he said he was going to LASU. While I was watching him in the mirror, I saw him trying to steal my battery.”
“I got down to confront him, and he started beating me. Look at my face, look at my clothes—he stripped me. Is this how he should have treated me?”
