Confirmed: West Ham sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka on seven-year deal
West Ham have confirmed the signing of right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United on a seven-year contract.
The 26-year-old defender joins the Hammers for an undisclosed fee, bringing his defensive strength to the London Stadium after a successful five-year stint with the Red Devils.
Wan-Bissaka, known for his exceptional one-on-one defending, made 190 appearances for Manchester United, winning the FA Cup, EFL Cup, and featuring in a UEFA Europa League final.
A graduate of the Crystal Palace Academy, he has been a regular in the Premier League since the age of 19 and has also represented England at the Under-21 level.
Expressing his excitement about the move, Wan-Bissaka said, “It was a no-brainer for me to join West Ham – I’m excited and happy to be here.
“Being back in London, where I was born, means a lot to me, and I’m eager to give my all for the club.”
The move comes as West Ham prepares for the new season, with Wan-Bissaka set to wear the No. 29 shirt.
