Chef Damu, also known as Chef Dr.K.Damodharan, holds the Guinness World Record for the longest single-person cooking marathon, which he won in 2010.

Chef Damu Career

Damodharan K., also known professionally as Chef Damu, is an Indian celebrity chef. He was uninterested in academics.

As a result, he opted to pursue a Master’s degree in Hotel Management and Resort Administration. He went on to work as a cook at Taj Coromandel.

He first encountered difficulties. But he manages to become a good chef at Mumbai’s Taj Coromandel.

Chef Damu, then set a Guinness World Record for Longest Cooking by cooking for about 25 hours and finishing 617+ dishes. He is the only chef with a Ph.D. in the field of catering.

He made his television debut with the show Cook With Dhamu, which aired on Jaya TV. He subsequently made his Kollywood acting debut in the film Kallapadam, and he later starred in the film Ulkuthu in a minor role.
