“Celebrity of yesterday?” – Reactions trail Ilebaye’s attitude during podcast show
Reactions have been trailing BBNaija winner, Ilebaye’s attitude for allegedly storming out during a podcast show.
A Nigerian media personality, Charles Born, in an earlier post, expressed his disappointment with BBNaija All-Stars winner Ilebaye.
According to Born, Ilebaye was scheduled to appear on his podcast but became upset when she arrived and found out that they were interviewing Adekunle and Pere instead.
Born claimed that Ilebaye stayed for a few minutes before leaving, expressing her frustration at being kept waiting.
He referred to her as a “celebrity of yesterday” and insinuated that money does not equate to class.
He wrote; “Genz baddie
Waited for a few minutes whilst we were filming with Pere and Adekunle and drove off saying we kept her waiting in her words “how dare we keep her waiting”. Celebrity of yesterday? Lol! Truly money is truly doesn’t buy class!!! Yuck!”
The news of Ilebaye’s sudden departure from the podcast interview has sparked reactions among netizens.
Most agreed with Ilebaye’s departure and insisted that it was disrespectful to keep someone waiting.

Even me that is not a celebrity you have to respect my time. I like that she has respect for herself enough to leave since you want to be disrespectful.
