Carabao Cup: Rashford, Garnacho, Eriksen all net twice as United run riot on Barnsley

Manchester United cruised into the Carabao Cup fourth round with a thrilling 7-0 win over League One side Barnsley.

Braces from Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Christian Eriksen ensured the emphatic win for the red Devils.

Rashford opened the scoring in the 16th minute with a clinical finish, setting the tone for United’s dominant performance.

Antony doubled the lead shortly after, converting a penalty past Chelsea loanee Gabriel Slonina.

Just before halftime, Garnacho netted the third, giving United a comfortable cushion at the break.
