Candace Owens expresses desire to be Nigerian, states reasons

Renowned American media personality and political commentator Candace Owens has openly expressed her admiration for Nigerians and their culture.

Speaking on a recent episode of her show, Owens praised Nigerians for their strong value system and cultural identity, admitting she wished she were Nigerian.

In a video clip shared via her TikTok page, Owens said:
“I’m a Nigerian stan. I think Nigerians have their culture together. Whenever you meet a Nigerian, whether a doctor in the US, their families take marriage very seriously.

“I wish I were Nigerian. I do a little bit, but I’m not. They do have a good culture… I’m a Nigerian stan. They are funny. They have very good values.”

Her remarks have sparked reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing pride in their heritage and appreciation for the acknowledgement.

The video has since gone viral, further endearing the political commentator to her Nigerian audience.
