Following the backlash trailing Nollywood actor, Blossom Chukwujekwu’s new marriage, a concerned fan rushes to defend his wife over her age and body size.
Bare 24-hours following the marriage of the actor to Winifred Akhuemokhan Ehinome, trolls hauled body-shaming tantrums at the bride.
Trolls questioned Blossom on his reason for dumping his ex, Maureen Esisi who has a ‘banging body’ to marry someone who looks older enough to be his ‘aunty.’
In reaction to the backlashes, a childhood classmate of Blossom’s wife, Sally Suleiman, drops her take to correct the misconception about Winfred’s age.
“It’s such a shame that people are body shaming Blossom Chukwujekwu’s wife on Instagram. I attended the same secondary school with Ehinome and she’s a wonderful woman, she’s always been a woman of God. It is better to marry an Ehinome than a woman who twerks on Instagram.
If Ehinome is too old she is not more than 33years and is 33years old? Must she have society’s definition of beauty? I’m shocked at all the comments I have read. Ehinome is a wonderful woman, well reserved, educated, polished and a God fearing woman (a Pastor).
To be honest I do not care whether a woman twerks on Social Media. It’s her choice. It doesn’t make her a bad person. My choice of words here is used because of the body shaming on Blossom’s wife. For every gbams expect a gbos,” she wrote in a tweet.
