BBNaija Reunion: “Chichi has no husband or children, Phyna lied” – Hermes (Video)
Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Hermes Iyele alleges that Josephine Otabor, also known as Phyna and the winner of Season 7, made a false statement about Chichi abandoning her husband and children.
It should be noted that during the reunion show, Phyna alleged that Chichi had abandoned her spouse and kids in Benin, resulting in the death of one of the children.
In a video, Hermes, first of all, apologized for laughing during the intense argument between Phyna and Chichi.
According to the famous dancer, Chichi had once confided in him about the supposed picture of her and her children which was not true as claimed.
Hermes stated that she had informed him that the viral picture that fueled the rumour actually was that of her uncle and his children.
“First of all, I want to apologize for how the entire thing is misconstrued. I had a conversation with Chichi, and she told me that man is her uncle. She went to visit, and he took that picture.
”I asked why she didn’t tell her uncle to put out a disclaimer, and she said it will put them in a difficult situation because it was already difficult for them and her family members.
”I know for a fact that no one went out there to confirm anything. I was literally laughing at the impossibility of the entire situation. I was laughing because none of it was a fact,” he said.
