Basketmouth recounts working with Patience Ozokwo as he celebrates her birthday

Popular comedian Basketmouth reflects on his memorable collaboration with veteran actress Patience Ozokwo as he celebrates her birthday.

Sharing a photo while on set with the renowned actress on his social media pages, Basketmouth shared what transpired after he contacted her for his movie AGLS, A Ghetto Love Story.

The comedian revealed that she agreed to work with him without requesting money or a contract, acknowledging him as her son. He expressed the honour of sharing the same birthday with Patience Ozokwo.

He wrote: “When I called Mama @patienceozokwo to be a part of #AGLStheMovie, without even asking for money or any contract, her response was “You know you’re my son. I’m there for you whenever you need me.” That level of support meant the world to me. What a blessing to share the same birthday with a true General. I celebrate you always.”

Responding in the comment section, Patience Ozokwo wrote: “This makes my heart glad. Happy birthday to us. May God continue to bless you, guide you and make His face shine upon you 🙏🏾”
