Many people were shocked after a TikTok user shared the news, revealing that Aunty Ramota was using a lot of unprescribed medications to enhance her backside.

In a new video shared online, Aunty Ramota has been seen with a swollen stomach. According to the lady in the background of the video, the swollen stomach was a result of the side effect of the drugs she took.
