Aubameyang signs two-year contract with Al Qadsiah from Marseille

Gabonese international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has signed a two-year contract with Saudi Pro League side Al Qadsiah.

His departure brought an end to his tenure at French club Marseille, after just one year.

In a heartfelt message posted on his Instagram, he expressed gratitude to the club’s leadership and fans.

“Time for me to start a new chapter,” he wrote. “Thank you, Mr. Frank McCourt, thank you Pablo for accepting my departure, thank you for your support in any ordeal but especially thank you for offering me the chance to discover the warmth and passion of the Vélodrome.”

According to Fabrizio Romano, Aubameyang, “Pierre Emerick Aubameyang says goodbye to OM fans as he’s leaving the club, as expected.

“Auba will join Saudi Pro League side Al Qadsiah on two year contract, he’ll play alongside Nacho next season.”
