Algeria coach grabs West Ham’s Benrahma for snubbing him during Egypt’s friendly (video)
Things got out of hand on the touchline when Benrahma leaving the pitch, seemingly snubbed his coach, Djamel Belmadi who extended a hand to pat him
West Ham’s star Said Benrahma was shocked by his Algeria coach who grabbed his shirt for snubbing him after he was substituted.
Benrahma was on international duty with his country Algeria when the incident happened. The team were playing a friendly match against Egypt in the UAE, and Benrahma was substituted in the 63rd minute shortly after his team fell behind 1-0.
Algeria had a poor performance in the game, even as they prepare for the World Cup qualifying campaign set to begin in November.
Things got out of hand on the touchline when Benrahma leaving the pitch, seemingly snubbed his coach, Djamel Belmadi who extended a hand to pat him.

As he walked off the pitch, Belmadi extended his left hand to pat the winger on the back. However, when Benrahma didn’t give him the needed attention, forcing Belmadi to grab him by the shirt in what seemed like a face-off.
But Benrahma was stunned raising both hands in reaction, questioning why the coach grabbed him.
