AFCON: Man regrets Nigeria’s win after offering his celibacy to God
A Nigerian influencer regrets the decision to sacrifice his celibacy to God for Nigeria to win against South Africa in the AFCON semi-finals.
An influencer on the microblogging platform, X identified as TheIgbowolf had taken to the platform to sacrifice his sex life for the the win of Nigeria.
“God if we win I’ll never have sex again,” he had written in a post before the match.
However, Nigeria defeated South Africa after a steaming 120-hour match that ended in a penalty; with the scoreboard ending on 4-2.
Following the match, the influencer shared a video of himself regretting the decision while questioning God on why he granted his request but not during the 2023 elections.
“So God you can hear this one, What happened during the election then?” he wrote.
