Accept Tinubu’s victory as will of God – Aisha Buhari’s tells Nigerians

First Lady Aisha Buhari has told Nigerians to accept the victory of President-Elect, Bola Tinubu, in the 2023 presidential election as God’s will for Nigeria.

Aisha who received Oluremi Tinubu and Nana Shettima, wives of the president-elect and vice president-elect at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Thursday, March 2, said Tinubu’s victory in the election was a triumph for all Nigerians as he won’t betray their trust.

The First Lady said;

“Regardless of our interests and diversity, we should all accept it as the will of Almighty God, we wouldn’t have done it without his grace.

“It is a victory for all Nigerians. I am optimistic that the president-elect will not betray the trust and confidence that Nigerians reposed in him. It is now time to move on and focus on the path of renewed hope for Nigerian women and youths.

“So, my sister we count on your experience and interest in promoting the cause of women, youths, and girl-child education.”
