“A woman paying $200k to a man for spousal support makes me sad” – Toke Makinwa reacts as Kelly Clarkson is to pay ex-husband  $200k monthly

Media personality Toke Makinwa has reacted to a court judgment that ordered singer Kelly Clarkson to pay her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock $200k monthly for spousal support.

Reacting to this, Toke wrote “God forbid” on her Instagram story.

She further admitted that as a feminist her post is wrong.

She wrote;

“As a Feminist I know my last post is wrong, We should strive for “Gender Equality”. The right to equal rights regardless of gender but I think the life of a woman is hard enough, Women don’t win all the time so I’ll always ride for women. Dr dre’s wife is getting more and I know I didn’t make a post about it but something about a woman paying wok to a man monthly makes me sad.

Maybe he was a stay home dad sha but spousal support is one thing, (she clearly earned more), why does she have to pay him to take care of his own child???
