“A sachet of pure water is N20, what is left for the common man” – Actor, Walter Anga laments

Nollywood actor and Rivers State Tourism Ambassador, Walter Anga took to his Instagram to lament about the cost of livelihood in the country.

Recently, the price of foodstuffs has escalated, even a sachet of water cost N20.

The actor shared a photo of him drinking a sachet of water as he asked, what is left for a common man who can barely afford to pay his rent for his apartment and N2000 units of electricity?.

Here’s what he wrote;

“A sachet of pure water is now #20…What is left for a common man? When he can’t afford to buy 2k units for electricity in a month talkless of him paying his house rent @150k annually and minimum wage is #30k. Time dey come when the poor will feed from the rich by fire by force”
