“Na we wey rob you that day” – Thief causes buzz as he tells victim after running into him on the road in Lagos

A young man identified as @datchughuy took to social media to recount a perplexing encounter with a thief who had previously robbed him in Festac, Lagos state.

According to @datchughuy’s Twitter post, he fell prey to a robbery gang three weeks ago in Festac.

However, the story took an unexpected twist when, recently, he found himself face-to-face with one of the perpetrators.

The young man narrated that the robber, recognizing him while he was in his car, approached and tapped on his window.

The thief reportedly hailed @datchughuy and casually reminded him of their previous encounter.

“I got robbed in Festac. 3 weeks after, one of the thieves saw me, knocked on my glass and hailed me, then said to me ‘you remember me?? Na we rob you that day,” the man wrote.
