Rapper Oladips passes away at the age of 28
Nigerian rapper, Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, better known as Oladips, has passed away, according to a report posted on his Instagram page.
The rapper was rushed to an unnamed hospital earlier due to an undisclosed illness.
Shortly after, his management released a statement which reads: “We are saddened to inform the general public that Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, also known as OLADIPS, passed away on November 14th, Tuesday evening, at exactly 10:14 pm.”
“We are still in shock. For over 2 years, he kept his battles within himself, and his body is now with his family. Funeral services will be announced as soon as they are concluded.”
“The family requests that we respect their privacy during this trying time. May God give us all the fortitude to bear this great loss. (Amen).”
Fans of the singer have also immediately rushed to the page to send their condolences to the singer’s family.
