Oladips’ mother’s instructions to friend as rapper battles for life causes stir
The mother of rapper Oladips has generated quite a stir online after her strange instructions to the friends of her son who tried to save his life.
In the late hours of November 14, 2023, videos of the Lalakukulala crooner appearing to fall as fans surrounding him circulated on social media.
In the footage, the musician’s friends crowded around him and shouted in terror as they attempted to resuscitate him.
However, before the footage of the slumped rapper went viral, he took to his Instagram stories to plead for aid.
Oladips referenced one of his friends, @onlyonelifetime, in the post and inquired about his whereabouts.
The rapper protested that he had tried to call his pal several times and that they knew he didn’t like being left alone in the house, especially given his condition. However, the musician did not elaborate.
He wrote:
“onlyonelifetime_Please Where Are You? I Done Call Your Number Tire. I Talk Say Make Una No Dey Leave Only Me For This House,I Done Talk This Thing Like A Million Times… Not Even This Period Like This Please Dey Come House Please Tori Olorun.”
Shortly after, another video showing a person behind the camera crying and requesting to be brought to the hospital was shared online.
@Onlyonelifetime, Oladips’ friend, also came to Instagram to report that the rapper’s mother did not want her son to be sent to the hospital. According to reports, the mother requested that her kid be returned to her.
