AC Milan face setback as Samuel Chukwueze sustains a hamstring injury during international duty with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The player is reportedly ruled out for the team’s upcoming matches against Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The nature of Chukwueze’s injury remains uncertain, but an official statement by AC Milan mentions a femoral bicep lesion, which normally takes several weeks of recovery, and in most cases up to a month, according to Football Italia.
This injury comes at a time when the player’s services are needed the most, given the series of challenging fixtures lined up for his team.
