Chinedu Ikedieze opens up on why he hid his family from fame (Video)
Veteran Nollywood actor, Chinedu Ikedieze better known as Aki explains the reasons behind his decision to keep his family away from the spotlight.
The 45-year-old actor mentioned that he refrains from showcasing his wife and kids on social media to allow them a sense of “freedom.”
He shared this insight during a recent conversation with the well-known media figure, Chude Jideonwo.
In his words;
“I have children but I decided to put them aside because I’m the celebrity, they are not. I just want them to be free because the moment everybody gets to know them, it would affect them. And I don’t want that.
“So, I hide them even my wife apart from our wedding announcement that I made, so that she can go to market, do every other thing without much ardour.”
It’s worth recalling that Chinedu Ikedieze tied the knot with his beloved wife, Nneoma Nwaijah in 2011. Even though the couple has been blessed with children, the actor has consciously chosen to maintain a veil of secrecy around the specific details.
