“CNN platform projects lies and bigotries” – Don Lemon says

Well-known news anchor, Don Lemon has disclosed that the CNN news platform projects lies and bigotries as he grants his first interview.

Recall that news broke on the internet on how Don Lemon was sacked by CNN. According to Don Lemon, he got to know about his sack through his agent.

In his first interview granted after his sack, he claimed that CNN sacked him because he refused to entertain liars and bigots on his news program.

Speaking with ABC24 Memphis, Don Lemon said he is a truthful journalist and abides by the rules of the Constitution.

“I have a responsibility as an American — not only as a journalist — to tell the truth, and abide by the promises of the Constitution,” he told the media house.

“Because the Constitution says a more perfect union — not a perfect union. I’m not perfect. No one is.”

“I don’t believe in platforming liars and bigots, insurrectionists and election deniers and putting them on the same footing as people who are telling the truth; people who are fighting for what’s right, people who are abiding by the Constitution,” Lemon explained.
