Man defers his NYSC to help girlfriend graduate only for her to dump him
Man recalls how he deferred his NYSC year to help his girlfriend who couldn’t graduate with their set only for her to dump him.
The man shared this while responding to a post made by the sonorous singer, Simi who asked tweeps to share some of the strangest things they had done for love.
“What’s the strangest thing love has made you do? #LoveMadeMeDoIt,” the tweet read.
Reacting to this, the man identified as Mazim said that he’s girlfriend had had results issues and couldn’t graduate with their set.
In a romantic display of love, he had deferred his service year to help her graduate from college only for their relationship to fall apart the following year.
He wrote:
“I deferred my NYSC for a year to help my then girlfriend who couldn’t graduate with my set cos she had result issues. The following year, we broke up 😒. Women will stain your white shaa.”
Reactions trailed his post. GistReel gathered some below;

@Iyconic wrote: “You people are really wonderful o lol.”
