2023 Elections: Peter Obi wins Delta state with 341,866 votes

The presidential candidate of the Labour party, Peter Obi, emerges the winner of the presidential election conducted in Delta state.

Recall that the 2023 presidential election was conducted on the 25th of February, 2023.

Earlier, we reported that Peter Obi surpassed his counterparts in Abuja, Nasarawa, Lagos, Enugu, and now Delta in the elections.

According to the results released by INEC, Obi polled a total of 341,866 to edge out his closest rival PDP’s Atiku Abubakar who polled a total of 161,600 votes while APC’s Bola Tinubu polled 90,183 votes to come third.

The candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, came a distant fourth with 3,122 votes.
