Mbappe, Neymar and Messi can’t help you because you don’t have god – Ibrahimovic claims Ligue 1 has ‘gone downhill’ since he left
Veteran Swedish striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has claimed that the French Ligue 1 has ”gone downhill” since he left Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in 2016.
Speaking in an interview with Canal Plus, Zlatan Ibrahimovic said that the Ligue 1 profile has not been high even with the presence of Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi and Neymar.
The Swede further described himself as a “god”, adding that France needs him even though he doesn’t need the country.
The footballer who is currently on a second spell with AC Milan, said;
”Since I left France, everything has gone downhill. There is nothing to talk about anymore in France.
”France needs me, I don’t need France. Even if you have Mbappe, Neymar and Messi, it doesn’t help you because you don’t have god.”
