Nollywood actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh in a recent statement, has revealed why she went under the knife.

Tonto Dikeh made this known via her Instagram account after revealing that someone asked her why she went for surgery.

The mother of one went to share a before and after photo of her body before surgery accompanied by the song ‘Coming in Hot’ by Lacrea and Andy Mineo.

She wrote:
