“You are truly self-motivated” – Jidenna pens sweet Mother’s Day message to his mom

Nigerian-American singer and songwriter, Jidenna Theodore Mobisson popularly known as Jidenna has taken to social media to celebrate his mother on mother’s day.

Jidenna joined millions of people across the globe to celebrate their mother and he ensured that all hearts melted due to the love and affection he showered on his mother.

The singer via the post revealed how his mother motivated and raised him to become a better person.

He wrote:

“Dear Mama Dukes aka Buddha Baby aka Mrs. Claus, each year I grow I realize just how deeply you’ve shaped me. Dad was loud and outgoing, naturally charismatic in the spotlight. You would rather play the corner, but your presence is no less felt due to how jolly your smile is and how curious your lovely eyes are.

All my friends love you because of how chill you are. All of our family cherishes you because of how reliable you are. You are the most consistent and stable person I’ve ever met. You have a way of being a rock in the most turbulent times. You find a way to be happy or neutral despite anyone’s mood.

You wake up with the same smile every day. You make checklists while you drink your coffee every morning. You’re easily committed to reading your kindle and riding the peloton religiously.

You are truly self-motivated and independent. You find simple joys in different crafts, hobbies, passions, and conversations with family. You love travelling and taking pictures of your adventures.
