Royal family express sadness over Meghan Markle’s allegation against the Royal Family

The British Royal Family has expressed their sadness over Meghan Markle’s allegation against the family.

GistReel earlier reported that Meghan Markle in an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey which was aired on March 7, 2021, accused the Royal Family of being racists, and not supporting her family.

However, in a statement released today, March 9, on behalf of Queen Elizabeth stated that Harry, Meghan Markle and Archie will always be much loved family members.

The statement reads:

“The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.

“The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.

“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”
