UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for coronavirus

The United Kingdom said Friday that Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for the new coronavirus.

Johnson’s office says he was tested after showing mild symptoms,

Downing St. says Johnson is self-isolating and continuing to lead the country’s response to COVID-19.

Last week, who Prince Charles tested positive for coronavirus, displaying mild symptoms “but otherwise remains in good health”. He and the Duchess of Cornwall, who tested negative, are self-isolating on the Balmoral Estate.
