Tenant who defaulted on his rent, destroys landlord’s property after being issued a quit notice

A Nigerian lady has shared photos of the state of their property after issuing a quit notice to a tenant who defaulted on his rent.

@MTinuoye said they’ve been asked to leave the case to God as the tenant who destroyed a lot of things in the house keeps bribing his way out every government institution he is reported to.

“Help!!!!!! Look at what a bloody tenant did, His house rent was due and He decided to pay us this way because we gave him quit Notice. Kindly retweet please…..The man destroyed a lot of things in the house.
