‘Wizkid is a legend, an icon’- Davido admits
David Adeleke aka Davido, has admitted on the social media platform, Twitter that his Afropop counterpart, Wizkid is a legend and an icon.
The 27-year-old music superstar declared this on his Twitter page on Saturday, September 14.
The saga began when Davido revealed that a song on his coming album “A Good Time” was co-written by Adekunle Gold.
However, some tweeps didn’t take it lightly with him. In fact, a Twitter user @Pharouk_Rano attacked him, saying that he should learn how to write songs himself.
One of my favorite songs on my upcoming album was Co written by @adekunleGOLD !!! Thanks for your touch on this ! God bless you brother #Agoodtime

While addressing @Pharouk_Rano’s tweet, another user @ofofolink didn’t get his message. As a matter of fact, he went ahead to blast Davido for buying the song Gobe from another artist, Password.
Then in his response, Davido mentioned that FC people are really angry today.

Thereafter, another user challenges Davido, that he should be straight-forward and mention Wizkid FC.

That was when the singer ended up describing Wizkid as a legend and an icon. Furthermore, he stated that the Starboy he knows should not be associated with mad people like the guy.
