Ademola Lookman hailed as Serie A’s most exciting player

Former Italy international Christian Vieri has praised Ademola Lookman as the most exciting player in Serie A, highlighting his attacking flair and ability to take on defenders.

Lookman has been in outstanding form for Atalanta, scoring 24 goals and providing six assists in 31 matches this season.

His performances have earned global recognition, including a Ballon d’Or ranking.

Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, Vieri lauded the Nigerian forward’s unique playing style.

“You watch him and think, ‘Oh, let’s see what he does now.’ There’s no one like him in Serie A: every time he gets the ball, he goes one-on-one, always.

“He’s fast and strong; he takes players on, dribbles, and shoots. Left foot or right foot, it doesn’t matter.”

Lookman has been linked with several top European clubs, including Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle United, Juventus, and Paris Saint-Germain.

Atalanta have reportedly set a €60 million price tag on the reigning African Footballer of the Year, who is contracted until 2026.
