“Dara wouldn’t have been suspected if Lande ended up like Mohbad” – Iya Ogba
Popular TikToker Iya Ogba has spoken in defense of embattled content creator Ijoba Lande, who recently exposed his wife, Dara, for alleged infidelity.
In a recent statement, Iya Ogba praised Lande for speaking out about his marital woes while drawing a comparison to the tragic case of the late singer Mohbad.
It would be recalled that Ijoba Lande publicly accused his wife of being a serial cheat, alleging that she had affairs with about 21 Nollywood figures. He also claimed to have possession of intimate videos showing his wife with eight different men. His revelations have since sparked widespread reactions, with some people criticizing him for airing his private issues online.
Addressing the backlash against Lande, Iya Ogba stated that his decision to speak up was the right move, pointing out how Mohbad’s sudden death led to a wave of posthumous sympathy and financial donations for his widow without full knowledge of the circumstances surrounding his life and death.
“I support Lande for speaking out. See Mohbad’s case, it has no head or tail. Just imagine that Lande kpai, who would have thought that it was the woman in his house that caused it? We will even donate for her and the child. A cheating wife will eventually k!ll her husband,” she stated.
Her remarks have sparked mixed reactions, with some social media users agreeing that men should not stay silent about marital struggles, while others blasted her for making such an unprofound insinuation about Mohbad’s wife..
