Seyi Law unveils 60% of his 98-year-old father’s large family, sparks reactions
Popular comedian Seyi Law has left many in awe after unveiling the huge size of his family while celebrating his father’s 98th birthday.
In a video posted on his X (formerly Twitter) platform, Seyi Law showcased a massive gathering of his father’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Despite over 100 family members being present in the video, the comedian revealed that they accounted for only 60% of the entire lineage.
Expressing his amazement, he wrote:
“How do I explain to people that this is just about 60% of my Dad’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren at his 98th birthday celebration yesterday? Truly, my father has fulfilled his name, Japhet (meaning the extender). He is a blessed man.”
The revelation has since sparked mixed reactions, with some social media users celebrating his father’s legacy, while others jokingly questioned how he managed to keep track of such a large family.
A social media user @lareto24 wrote, “Woooow… does he remember all his kids names? Happy birthday to him cos 98 is indeed a milestone.”
Another user @ImSonOfTheLion added, “This is lovely. I can imagine the happiness of having old parents. My father was 95 before he passed away 7 years ago, his absence is always felt till now. May baba continue to live longer in good health and wealth. Happy birthday to him!”
