Pastor and his wife squander ₦4.5M donated for their sick child

A young man, Yemie Fash has disclosed how a pastor and his wife squandered money that was donated by people for their sick child.

According to the young man, people donated an amount of ₦4.5M but the pastor and his wife spent the money in the space of two months.

The pastor reportedly used the money to buy speakers, microphones, and a set of generators for the running of his church and also used the rest of the money to acquire a motorcycle for his personal use. His wife reportedly got an amount of ₦2 M as well.

The man tweeted;

“People donated money for a child’s surgery, amounting to over 4.5 million naira, and within a span of two months, the money was squandered by the child’s parents. The father, who claims to be a pastor, bought speakers, microphones, and a generator set for his church, acquired a motorcycle for personal use, and transferred 2 million naira to his wife. This money was donated for their child, who has been reliant on a feeding tube for years, to undergo a necessary surgical operation.  They spent all the money. Evil parents!”
