Lady blocks man on first date for not offering to pay for her nails

A young lady sparks mixed feelings after dumping a prospective partner for failing to use his intuition to pay for her nails on their first date.

A Facebook post by a user named Minnie F. Baby has gone viral after she shared her decision to block a potential suitor over his failure to pay for her nails ahead of their first date.

In her post, Minnie recounted telling the man that she needed her nails done before the date. His response, “Ok call me when you’re done,” fell short of her expectations.

According to her, he should have offered to send her money for the nails via Cash App, a gesture she believes is a man’s responsibility in such situations.

She wrote: “I gave this man some time to respond the correct way, and he never did. So I called him and told him as a man, you’re supposed to be asking for my Cash App to make sure my nails are done for a date you asked me on. I blocked dude after that. It’s sad af us women have to tell y’all how to be men!!”

A social media user @leke_oluwa reacted, “You not committed to anything yet an you expect him to start spending, men are investor we educate ourselves before investing not just anything that cross our path.”
