In the post, the HR professional explained that when the man arrived for the interview, he looked exhausted and downcast.

Noticing this, the HR manager asked if he had eaten, to which the applicant replied that he had not. Concerned, the HR manager decided to order food for him to eat before proceeding with the interview.

His statement: “This guy just came in for an interview looking all tired and sad. My first question was, ‘Have you had breakfast?’ He said, ‘No, sir.’ I ordered food for him, so he could eat and shake off his sorrow before the interview.”

The post sparked a wave of supportive comments from concerned individuals, who expressed their appreciation for the HR manager’s thoughtful gesture.

@Dacfumg_Service: “Why using this connotation on the poor man?. You helped him, then move on. You do not have to say all that ma. As an HR,courtesy and professionalism at all times.”
