Chelsea’s Lukaku in Italy to complete medical, sign €30M permanent move to Napoli

Romelu Lukaku has returned to Italy to finalize a permanent move to Napoli from Chelsea.

The Belgian striker, who has spent the past two seasons in Serie A on loan at Inter Milan and AS Roma, is now set to join Napoli in a deal reportedly worth around €30 million.

Lukaku is expected to undergo medical tests at Villa Stuart, before signing his contract with the club.

The transfer marks the end of his tough time at Chelsea, where he struggled to secure a consistent role.
