Issue unresolved: Olmo doubtful ahead of Rayo Vallecano clash – confirms Hansi Flick

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick is doubtful of Dani Olmo’s availability for the upcoming match against Rayo Vallecano.

Despite signing over two weeks ago, Olmo has yet to make his debut for the Catalan club due to registration issues.

Flick had hoped that Olmo would be available for Barcelona’s recent win against Athletic Club, but the situation remained unresolved.

The club are now looking to clear salary space, possibly through the departures of Vitor Roque, Clement Lenglet, and Mikayil Faye, to register Olmo in time for Tuesday’s game.

“I have hope (that he can play), but I don’t know. I can’t control it. We have to focus on what we can.

“Today we wanted the three points, and we got them,” Flick said, as reported by Diario AS.

The delay has been frustrating for both Barcelona and Olmo, who is awaiting his debut.
