Chidimma Adetshina returns to Nigeria after 20 years to compete in Miss Universe Nigeria

Former Miss South Africa finalist Chidimma Adetshina has arrived in Lagos after 20 years for the upcoming Miss Universe Nigeria pageant.

Chidimma Adetshina touched down in Lagos from Cape Town on Wednesday, August 21, receiving a warm and regal welcome.

The 23-year-old model, who withdrew from Miss South Africa due to a nationality dispute, expressed her enthusiasm about being back in Nigeria for the first time in two decades.

Representing Taraba state, Chidimma Adetshina shared her eagerness to explore the country during her stay and to be part of the Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 pageant, set to take place on August 31.

In addition to her modeling career, Adetshina is a law student, and she looks forward to continuing her education after the pageant.
