It is no doubt that both former Chelsea captains have become close friends, with their reunion capturing attention across the training ground.
Gallagher signed a five-year deal with Atletico Madrid in a transfer believed to be worth around €42 million.
The 24-year-old England international began training with his new teammates on the same day his transfer was officially announced.
Despite interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa, Gallagher opted to move to Madrid.
